GPX Government Processing Prices

Online mortgage processing with GPX is easy!

Once you register with GPX, you can begin to utilize our totally paperless technologies.

For every file you submit, you will pay a non-refundable loan submission fee of $20.00 (credited when loan funds). Payment for this will be tied to your credit or debit card. After receiving the payment, you will be able to submit your electronic mortgage application to GPX.

Once the file is funded, we will charge a Processing Fee in this capacity:

FHA 203k Rehab Loan Fees

• First mortgage - $695

Fee's for Automated Underwriting Submissions, Verifications of Employment, Overnight Couriers, Credit Reports/Supplements or any other documents needed will not be included in the fee's stated above.

All processing and third party fees are made payable to GPX. The fees will be included on the HUD-1 and will be paid out of escrow.
