Responsibilities

Your Responsibilities:

1. Originate a mortgage loan
2. Qualify borrower to desired loan program
3. Provide accurate terms and disclosures to borrower
4. Order appraisal and title
   
5. Select investor to submit loan
6. Upload your loan application to GPX

 

GPX Responsibilities:

1. Read electronic submission and review for any deficiencies
2. Submit loan application to your lender of choice within 48 hours of receipt
3. Upload approval letter listing the conditions of your loan approval
4. Request all conditions listed on approval
5. Review appraisal, prelim and all other documents for final submission
6. Request evidence of insurance
7. Submit final conditions
8. After all conditions have been approved, we schedule a closing date based on the borrower's convenience and availability
9. All documents received by GPX can be retrieved at any time. GPX recommends that you save a copy of all documents for your records
